My name is Amy Twain. To tell you the truth I wasn't always the confident woman that I am today.
On the contrary, not too long ago, I was a shy person with very low expectations. I settled for anything, as long as I wasn't being put in a position where people could judge me.
Building Self-Confidence Starts with Loving Yourself
Sometimes I wished I was totally invisible. Simply put I HAD low self esteem. People totally ignored me or abused me, because I never had the nerve to say no. I was letting anyone walk over me without objecting, too shy to confront them and too afraid of being judged.
Then a friend of mine gave me a book about self esteem and anxiety. I wasn't too excited about it, but thought I had nothing to lose anyway. So I read it. Soon the book had all my attention. I found out that I wasn't the only one with this problem. I decided to read more about the topic and ended up taking a course. Never had I expected that anyone could have helped me and taken away my feelings of low self esteem and self confidence. The techniques and insights they taught me did me wonderfully well. I enjoyed studying this subject so much getting my own personal growth results that meant the world to me that soon I knew more about how to gain self confidence and improve self esteem than anyone I had ever met.
And now, years later I am a totally confident and self-loving woman teaching others how to increase and build self-esteem with the techniques I have developed over the years.
